For Exalted: Books of Sorcery, Vol. V - The Roll of Glorious Divinity II.Whose tentacle-fu reigns supreme? Dukantha's, I'd assume, because they gave him such insane stats omg. >.<
Anbu is not amused. Neither is Sus, I guess, never having been the type to take tentacles anywhere from another guy.

Anbu = jackal Lunar. (I miss him. T_T)
Sus = cranky Solar who IIRC is based on Sol Badguy but Kiyo could tell you more than me.
