She is a bit tall here, and her helmet is a bit smaller, but I gather people like to draw her a little more humanoid (tbh, most people in Twilight Princess come off as short and stocky with exaggerated features, so it makes sense to modify proportions a little).

I somehow completely missed your comment on her elbows - I'm not sure you and I think her elbows are in the same place - if we go based on the exact point where the arms go wider (which, at that specific angle, they do on people), then her elbows only line up with her belly button (as they do on people). Her hips do start a little higher than you'd expect, but her elbows are not that low.

Her arms aren't majorly long, tbh. Mine come down to my mid-thigh, from shoulder to finger-tip. Hers are a little longer than mine in scale (but not much). Her legs are kinda short though (in particular below her knees), so she's definitely out of proportion in places.
