Girls with moustaches, daring battles, robbing college supplies and 'The Shooting Times'! This is my own personal tribute to Robin Hood, the god in green.Made in two days (one filming, one editing in iMovie), can you believe it?! Yes, you probably can. This is the first film I ever did, it was for a college art competition about 'Icons', and it somehow came joint first with a painting about Paris Hilton. I got £25, ironically to spend at the shop I'd filmed myself robbing. XD
It's a celebration of all those different portrayals of Robin, focusing on his camp, humourous film persona. With a bit of mindless violence thrown in. It's especially influenced by silent movies, thus all the grain and bad film effects. I bloody love Robin Hood.
My favourite bit was parking the hobby horse. I really am a short, clumsy girl with a moustache afterall. The girls below helped a lot, thank you for standing outside in the rain filming and drawing on your faces!
