I never heard of a Grey Knights chaplain before. I guess I thought that the knights were beyond the need of a chaplain. Thanks for bringing one to life!

Also, Grey knight have no need for chaplains, They are just so angreh at daemons luring Horus to the dark side *Ahem* Chaos that their rage knows no bounds, and that any sign of heresy deserves Exterminatus of the planet or people because that has happened to a whole group of SoB when there was a tainted sword around.

This piece looks outstanding, I must say. Although if you read the fluff (the Grey Knight novels), only the chaplain's left arm is black, because the Knights keep their ceramite bare to keep from pride.

That is brilliant! Love the striking colours, definatly shows the power and resolve of a Chaplain within the Grey Knights. Too bad they never released a model. >.<

Very fine detail, mixing the new-old aspects of grey knigths and some of the "standard" chaplains, like the skull or other painted bones.
When the new codex arrived, i was dissapointed for dont have chaplain miniature.

A Crozius Arcanum is basically what Chaplains wield. It's a symbolic staff that can be used as a weapon.
It's kind of like Templars running around beating people up with Crosses.
