Some tips I wanted to share because I feel like I've improved a lot on drawing hair since I first joined deviantart!Note: I intentionally left the blue and red hair ones messy so you can understand the use of the Overlay layer and that it is just a layer that goes on top of the grey hair layer.

Uhmm... Nice work men, but I have one question, how do you make those hair strands so sharp?

By increasing the sharpness of the layer or increasing the opacity and hardness of the brush you use to paint the hair strands.

Btw, which one is better? photoshop, or coreldraw ?

Coreldraw seems to be more for graphics. Photoshop is quite ideal, in my opinion because it has everything all in one package. What I mean by this is that in photoshop, if you realized that you painted something in the wrong color, not only can you change the color, you can also change the saturation and brightness of it as well. I believe on programs such as Painttool SAI, things like that can be much harder to do. Photoshop is better because it allows you to do so much with colors. The only drawback however, is lineart. Photoshop don't have something like the curve tool in SAI which means that you're bound to have messier lines. If you're looking for a painterly effect, then I suggest Photoshop. If you're looking for a a Anime style / neat lines, then I advise you Painttool SAI.
