Pretty simple this time, it's Decade if he was red instead of pink. This was inspired by one of the net movies where Narutaki asked why Decade was pink, saying that red would look better. So I pretty much just wanted to make this and let the fans decide for themselves.Once again, credit goes to DJDiddyDog and Ameyal.

Got a point there. A lot of Riders use red, whereas him using a much more different colour makes him stand out considerably.
