Jason is so beautiful, and deeply deserves some peace and quiet from the looks of it

The short answer is: yes.
The long answer: My guys (Jason, Juan, Roscoe, Sven) are actually dead(murdered), but were reincarnated as the Titans you speak of. This picture takes place before Jason died, he runs a huge science research facility. His facility happens to have a shrink/growth ray(he created), and an intern accidentally activated it while Jason was within range. Fortunately he made it to the roof before he out grew the building.
But now he has to sit there for hours until the growth wears off... and being watched by crowds of people PLUS being on the news (helicopter) doesnt make the time go quicker.
