Mecha-Kaijus are battle machines that reach the height of an average Kaiju; In some cases they are a combination of robotic parts with remains of dead kaijus but in other cases they are rebuilt from scratch by human ingenuity.
A prominent case was “M.O.G.U.E.R.A." an alien mecha that invaded earth as a cruel villain only to be rebuilt with reverse technology as a guardian of humanity, "M.O.G.U.E.R.A." It is a machine with a great arsenal of fire from a distance and an aspect similar to the earth mole. (Including his ability to dig underground)
His modifications not only stopped at his suppression weapons to face organic Kaijus, he additionally has the ability to perform an atmospheric terrestrial flight on March 1 and traverse the cosmic cold on March 44. (Trained to chase and fight in space against others alien kaijus.)
His primary weaponry sits in his hands with precise missile firing and a secret plasma maser cannon that he opens from his chest to synchronize a piercing punishment. Even at its peak performance, the only weakness of "M.O.G.U.E.R.A." it is his lack of stamina in direct combat against other kaiju.
The end of "M.O.G.U.E.R.A." It will be revealed in another post but before becoming twisted scrap his purpose as guardian mecha met quality standards by offering Godzilla a shot at victory. (With its destruction confirmed by the higher ups the plans for “M.O.G.U.E.R.A.” were filed away in another secret project for the construction of a new definitive mecha.)
