Kiwi Nails!Green is Sally Hanson InstaDry.
White is just acrylic paint. It kind of mixed with the green and turned almost yellow, but I like how it came out.
Black is a nail art pen from Claire's.
This is something beginners can definitely do, and the black spots can be done with a toothpick.

They're so hard to find! This one is a pale green in indoor lighting, but in sunlight it's very bright.
