Another member of the Moral Event Horizon, the Functionist is similar to Taskmaster in that she can also read a person's movements - and can on the spot develop counter-measures to their attack style, instead of merely copying them. In order to handle this short of information upload, the Functionist has been outfitted with back-up brains and memory to store and manage data in real-time. Her mental state as a result is pretty weak, to put it mildly.
