Playing some more with Sixus1 Media's "Skinchangers" in DAZ Studio and Iray. I also continued playing with some "Day for Night" techniques in Photoshop.

Inspiration comes in all guises. Some of my favourite pieces came about by accident. The portrait yesterday came about because I wanted to show a friend the profile. I thought, wow, I'm going to render that.

Thank you, I can never get night renders to look right, they usually come out way to dark. Then I got to thinking that movies use the "Day for Night" technique all the time. I tried the technique from this tutorial [ www.designpanoply.com/blog/tur… ] I had to modify it some, but it gave me a base to start playing

Great modern take! I'm imagining she is actually a werewolf hunter that has a gun with silver bullets stashed in that bread basket. In an ironic twist it turns out the werewolf is really her boyfriend. I'm sensing a Syfy original movie script in the works here. . .

I started with her pose being hands on her hips. When I extended her arm to hold the basket, I left her other arm on her hip. That got me thinking that it looked like she had something hidden behind her back. The story in my head started to feel a lot like what you describe. We need to call Syfy before they crank out a movie using our idea

Come to think of it, Syfy may have already made that one into a movie with Felicia Day. I've still been trying to get someone at Syfy to make Grizzadillo. Half grizzly bear, half armadillo; a complete armored killer. Typical plot of scientists working on a military project screw up big time. Not sure why the military would need a Grizzadillo, but we needn't get hung up on such plot points. It is just a Syfy movie after all.

It's funny that I tried some vegetables in her basket, but the carrot tops looked like they blended to much with the plants in the scene. So I removed them and replaced them with a ham, that may have sealed her doom
