Alright folks! Here's my second OC villain, Randy Rancid, ready to infect the world with his toxic presence!

Real Name: Randall Ranchester
Age: 32
Sex: Male
Species: Rat
Height: 5'11"
Birthday: October 19
Special Abilities: Poison Generation, Toxic body fluids, Acid breath

Bio: Randall "Rancid" Ranchester was a former chemistry student who once studied at a private university near the capital of Fardowsa where he became a protegé of Orion's mother, Maria Ashtar when he was 17 years old. That is until a terrible incident occurred when she caught Randall experimenting with illegal drugs and testing them on elderly citizens which caused them to rapidly decay from the inside out. Upon his arrest, Randall resisted and had attempted to escape. He was then shot three times by a police officer which caused him to fall over and crash into his experimental drugs where his gun wounds became infected. The toxins then took over his entire body to the point where his fluids had become acidic and poisonous. He was hospitalized for a short while but then escaped into the underground sewers where he hid himself from society the following years. He has held a grudge on his former mentor since then, and he will do whatever it takes to get his revenge, even if it means having to bring harm to her son, Orion.
