I would like to point out a few things.Firstly, I have disabled the comments on here for numerous reasons. Not only to stop misinformed people from writing a load of horse shit that they know nothing about, but to also move attention away from the subject.
1: I am NOT Max Veers, Please stop calling me a Rapist/paedophile.
2: Before posting comments about someone you know nothing about, at least THINK about what you are doing.
3: If anyone posts anything to do with this ANYWHERE on my profile, You will be blocked, I will get in touch with the DeviantART staff, and I will get your accounts banned.

Well for one, I would like the misinformed people that like to blatantly comment inaccurate crap on my Deviation to stop.
The blow at the grammatical issue was just me getting seriously pissed off with assholes that know nothing of the situation, and are just following some bigot that posted the inaccurate information on a popular tumblr site.

They claim to be friends before it happened! and yes I don't care that she got "raped", girls who are younger than that girl get raped for less than she did in other countries all the time but nobody talks about them because everyone has better things to do like talk about this! Also until the facts are made clear about such things I remain indifferent and uncaring because nothing I post will directly do anything to help get the facts out. I don't care about these things because of how I find them out, if this happened to a friend of mine then I would care and I'd have more facts, but since this happened to someone I don't know then I don't have any right to give a shit! I'm not the Jury, Judge, and Executioner in this case. I'm just an anonymous person on the internet just like you and everyone else and I prefer to keep that way. also I didn't hear that she was underage originally and now that I have read the whole post I see that that kind of information is implied.
but since I have read the whole post now, this is what I think...
This is actually her fault (but she was too stupid to realize that on her own) because the girl is the one who decides who she wants to be with and based on the post she knew that what she was doing was a risk, like when is playing with someone else's emotions ever not a risk and completely safe? some people don't think that far and they don't consider how other people read their actions. this girl is just stupid plane and simple, she had a fucking phone ON HER if she thought she was being raped than why didn't she try to call the cops? If she was really scared then Max Veers would be in jail right now and unable to talk about this because she would have already reported him to the cops, or someone else in her friends or family would have noticed by now that something bad happened to her (depending on how close of a relationship she has with said people) and reported on him for her (if they knew who he was). remember this happened MONTHS ago for them so he would be in jail right now if she reported him. but since he clearly isn't in jail because he has internet to respond to her then she does not think it was rape, or she is too popular to bother with people pitting her for being forced into a situation that she helped cause. If the victim doesn't call it rape, which she clearly could have on that post, then its not (this logic only works in this case because she is familiar with sex and texting pics of privates to Veers, which is mentioned by Veers in the post too).
Right now I think Max Veers should stay away from teenage girls who like him because he clearly forgot how stupid they are (not all of them, but the ones who let their popularity go to their head). scratch that he should probably stay away from all girls that might like him because he did loose control which (for those who have big libido's) is difficult to do. its hard to find the shut off switch for some guys sex drive, most guys just think about something that scares them like spiders or something they can't just shut off the euphoria that is flowing through their body, those who can are in control and those who can't elude themselves into think that it is impossible to control (they think that somethings are decided for you and not by you, like for example breathing or pissing or reproduction like all the basic life functions that create your metabolism). Its not easy to control things that your body does for you and sex drive is one of those things.
Now look at this post and understand that this is MY OPINION and I don't want you or any one else using my ideas to influence theirs I'm explaining this to you so other people won't bother me about MY OPINION like you did (I'm basically using you as an example). I DON'T want to see anyone else you use anything from this post because I don't want to influence people I want you Bronies to make up your own dam mind about this stuff. and besides if Veers has really already tried to kill himself four times now then that's punishment enough and we shouldn't make sure he get's tried in a court of law just out of fairness. (If anything we should get him a psychiatrist because this guy might kill himself and that is more wrong compared to rape IN MY OPINION).

I'm sure its a moment of double idiotic action...she probably flirted too much, he was a bit too forward...and it just escalated quickly. The problem for Max is he closed so many of his internet things down so quickly it instantly adds more credibility to things against him. This is because it comes across as him feeling guilty for what he did and he decides to remove himself.
The problem is...she was under-aged and that means no matter how much she flirted with him, if she didn't want to and he did, that makes him a rapist...

Really it all depends on her and him, and who is telling the truth. If she is then she should report him to the authorities. If he is then the most he could do is inform her mother or do nothing at all and just forget about her.

let me be more clear I'm referring to the medical definitions not the legal ones. the medical definition of illegitimate rape is the victim deciding that what he or she did the following night was something that she or he didn't want to do so they charge rape on them while they weren't on anything to intoxicate them. just the victim claiming that they were raped because they made a poor decision, I still think its her fault by not being clear enough.
Also the medical definition may be out dated, I know through my dad who is a doctor, if you want to double check then good luck googling the definition, you'll likely only get stuff referring to the legal definition.

I'd still place most of the blame with him though, he as the adult out of the two of you should have known better and shouldn't have let it get to such a point. It doesn't even matter about consent he should have known better than to let it get that serious with a minor.
