Call Sign: The fuelies and other Lylatians call him “Red Baron” – which he doesn’t get. (note, future gags might involve red paint and German air force symbols on his fighter)

Appearance: 7’1”, 320 lbs. Tall, quite muscular, digitigrade legs as per species. Dark brown fur with black stripes, white muzzle and front of torso. Yellow irises as per species. Pupils are slits.
Divisions: Formerly of the Grand Army of the Marli.
Skills: An exceptional pilot, very connected with whatever craft he flies. Exceptional brute strength. Wise, typically knows what he’s getting into, and will pull out if he knows he’s outmatched…which he rarely is.
Back-story: Popular and well-liked, Riktor is the latest in several generations of landowners in the feudal system of Marl. Like many Feudal lords, he was asked to fight by the ruler of Marl, and chose to lead his military units personally. He was already an accomplished fighter pilot at the outbreak of war with the Marl system, and, before meeting the 2332nd, racked up a remarkable 80 kills against live pilots. However, a run-in with the skilled squadron – and a backstabbing member of his squadron – turned out to be his undoing, and nearly the death of him. Barely alive, he was captured and sent to a detention center on Corneria.

With recent events endangering his sister, the Queen, (it was a very complex family situation, to be explained later) he has asked for the 2332nd, his former foes, to help him rescue her from the deep jungle planet of Marl IV. It appears he wishes to form an alliance with the Lylatians…hopefully to eliminate the danger posed by the strongly Fascist Kharn.

Personality: Riktor has a strong sense of honor about him. He is rather uncomfortable when discussing his past flying efforts with the Lylatian pilots – understandably, as he killed quite a few of them! He seems more than willing to depose Kharn, though, after a Kharn-ordered assassination attempt, while he was dogfighting Marcus. He considers himself an old-style pilot, a man who respects the man he fights, and only kills if the enemy poses a direct threat.

Notes: Thought I might design the Marli pilot suit with this one. Helmet kinda takes inspiration from Kilrathi in Wing Commander 3
