USM: WOLF SPIDER - POWERED — Description

Marvel Animation Character Design, ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN, Wolf Spider-Powered.

In Part Four of the final season multi-part episode entitled, "Return To The Spider-Verse," the evil Wolf Spider uses the collected shards of the Siege Perilous to mutate himself into monstrous proportions and increased strength. In designing this version of the character, I needed to bulk him up in a way that was frightening, yet not comical. Per usual, these are my own personal color selections, completed only recently as an exercise, and for inclusion in my portfolio. My intent was to ignore the colors used in the final broadcast version in favor of seeing what I would have done.
