Sure! But could you explain to me exactly what line art is? I started trying this but it really wasn't working. I'm pretty new to the world of digital painting/drawing.

fav.me/d5g04h7 <-- this is for example one of the LineArts I did.. I always make them transparent, so that I can easily go a layer underneath and put my colour on it. 
fav.me/d1kpt4i <-- most people do it with a white background, so you just have to put "Multiply" on the layer mode of the LineArt and just draw underneath again.

Simply: It's the lines which you use!
You can create the lines yourself by just.. drawing You can even to the lines on the paper first and scan it and then use those after a little clean-up (But I never really did that, so I can only recommend some other tutorials for that :3)
