Do you or don't you realize how hot your women are when they're clothed? Then you draw something like this and break the end off the thermometer completely.

It keeps going in and out of development hell. Zemeckis said he'd be interested, but I know Speilberg wants no part of it, and I don't think Richard Williams is up for it either (though that's not as big a hurdle, since I hear they were planning to have Eric Goldberg direct the animation if Williams couldn't make it).
But the biggest bump in the road is that I think Michael Eisner and Jeffrey Katzenberg need to have input on any new projects featuring Roger (it's a contractual obligation left over from the movie), and Lord knows they're not coming back to Disney anytime soon.

I thought Speilberg had creative rights over Roger Rabbit. Whenever Disney does something Disney related, they have to have his approval and supervision.
