this is a pretty flawless skin, i like the fact that you did not seperate active programs in the taskbar, and also that the skin works w/ a double thick taskbar.

You need to have the taskbar unlock(right click the taskbar and unlock it) then just drag it to the top.

Great to see you making more WindowBlinds skins now Kol. It's always better that way because you know it's a top quality conversion!
Looks really practical and one of those designs which can be used every day, all day without any fatigue on the eyes. Wish I still had a PC so I could try this out.
Incidently... where can I can get the Finder, Safari, iChat.. etc icons you have in your dock?
