Very gentle piece.
Except it made me feel cold and then I sneezed on my arm.

I love the delicate drop but on my first impresson I would of liked it to have been more corner to corner.

Same here. I was not sure if I liked or disliked this shot, now I have decided I do not like it.

Wow... you've got some skillz, dude. Catching a water droplet on it's way out, and with such a tight focus? Very nice. And not the least bit phallic. Noooo way...

The other day it rained, I went out to get rain shots, found some scaffolding.

You did a fab job. Water dropping is not something that waits for you so well done for capturing it so safely.
It's like the feather in mid-air thing, and that was like, 'sooo' easy....

*laughs*
You actually chose the colour one in the end then despite telling me you didn't like it?
`mnoo 's crop works well, though I think it still worked with more background context - but personal preference is all. Score one for the macro lens!

I know why I do not like it now, I realised on the walk to work. Off the camera the composition is nowhere near as strong as I like mine to be, and I really do not like cropping photos! It's not good enough!

Must admit, I don't like cropping either because it indicates I didn't have the ability to get it right in the first place The only time I would crop is to bring it into a square ratio - but then I don't think in squares unless using some medium format cameras.
