Simply brilliant! The only thing I'm not too keen on is the tail--the lines running through them almost look like she's got two legs, instead of one long, mermaid tail. They separate them, I guess.
Other than that, it's perfect!

Wow, I don't know how this was the first time I saw this. Looks awesome, live the detail in the fins, and even the setting (especially the water). Just... breathtaking, excellent work!

I love how you've colored it.. esp. the translucent tail-fins.. 
although, if I may, i would like to point out something, the thigh-area kinds feels like 'legs'. May be because the shadows (inks) are too hard there.
I hope you don't mind, although I'm in no position to critique you.. lol.. I just said what I felt.
