Holy crap I got it DONE!! I thank for tagging me. The one time I am happy to be tagged. X3

Man I have taken too long to work on this. What I thought was going to be at least 3 hour quick doodle was about 4-5 days worth of sketching out, re-outline, shade, and color with a commentary. However, if I had taken that long to do something like this, I really had a lot of fun working with this meme.

Yes...yes that is who you think that is in the forth panel. XD France~ Hey this is a fan art piece, I'm going all out on this. Ironically that was the most difficult panel to think of something for an answer. So many ideas, tried sketching them and they just didn't work. I needed a good laugh and that was just what I was looking for.
It also doesn't help that I was watching the live action drama of Ouran High School Host Club.
