First off, I think the lighting and shading were done really well in this. The look of this piece reminds me a little of the in game look of "Catherine". The only negative things I could say are more optional; Usually her horns are drawn with little ridges on them, and her inner hair coloring may be a little rough looking. The outer lining of the hair, on the other hand, is very good and I really like it Either way I like the smooth flow used in this piece. It's almost 3D and just as smooth as raspberry ice-cream!

Thanks vm for the critique. I really didn't think of Catherine, that's interesting though since I really like that Persona-esque style.
You're totally right on the hair, defining strands and lengths is something I still need to work on quite a bit, its slightly awkward since I'm drawing somewhere between a painted & manga style. I am improving though.
And IΒ really didn't notice the notches in her horn! This was a fairly quick piece for me so I kind of overlooked it. Oh, I keep going back and editing tiny things, so apologies for that, I keep noticing stuff I can do better.
