Description
For those of you who don't know, Felix is the main character of Tangent Valley (A pretty awesome little comic that is being posted on Deviantart). There's kind of a running joke so far that Felix has yet to find some pants. It seems to me like Belle would have the tendency to forget little rules like this.It's not a very high quality drawing and the coloring is a bit off, but I wanted to get the idea out of my head. So, yeah...enjoy

Lol... but a little harsh, I don't see a lot of cat anthros who like pants. Damn rules, lol.

Between the pencil, "inking" (I never learned real inking, it's just ink pen lol), and coloring (markers)...45 minutes, probably.

Takes me almost an hour to draw one of my own oc's... I draw fur them too, half hour to lay out the base, takes me a bit to get the eyes right, fur, tail, paws... ect... I have used colored pencil and it works real good if you have one nice and sharp.
