Well, that's a software I made about 1/2 years ago...
I did it 'cause i didn't like the office toolbar i had always used 'til that moment (you can see it here )... So I made this little thing that is pretty much the same, just nicer to see.

Items are customizable, it is skinnable or you can also choose to "clone" the style of your taskbar, as you see in the deviation...

Actually it's not very comfortable to use: you must have got (or created) .ico images for each item, and in some computers it doesn't seem to be able to "clone" the taskbar style, unless you do it with a manual command... but it's still nicer to see

Oh, and another problem is that maximized windows don't fit it, so it covers their "X button" in the top-right corner... Unless you keep the original Microsoft Office Toolbar open (under my toolbar).

Yeah, it sucks.
