Okay, I'm genuinely curious here what differentiates Ryan's "cheap, mass produced domestic" body from Abigail's "high end pleasure bot" status. Outwardly, they appear similar, aside from Ryan's doll-like cheek blush, all the way down to the same perky nipples, which Ryan seems to be amusingly ashamed of in this shot. Is the only difference that Ryan lacks usable robot parts between her legs, whereas Abigail presumably has... something? Does it have to do with their cognitive abilities? Will Ryan only be able to think as far as the next cleaning task while Abigail has slightly more advanced reasoning and improvisation skills required in a lovemaking consort bot? Or is it simply that Abigail has her own unique appearance, while the body Ryan has looks identical to hundreds of other maid bots? Sorry to be pesky, but you've really got my attention with this story.

You've basically hit the nail on the head. I don't go into that level of detail in the story so I'll give ya some non-spoiler info. Abigail IS anatomically correct and her body is designed to be used every day for years at a time without any major maintenance (lightweight metals and carbon fiber etc)since it was her replacement body for her ruined birth body. While Ryan's is is mostly plastic and carbon fiber with only lightweight metals being used for its core load-bearing structures, cheaper servos, etc. Ryan's new form is not anatomically correct.
We will see other differences between the two, but telling you those now would be spoilers.

Thanks for the detailed response! I had a feeling it was precisely the sort of thing you had put some more thought into, but which the characters wouldn't get a chance to overtly explain in the story. Seems like, aside from being able to move, Ryan's status hasn't improved very much from when he was a mannequin. The idea of him being reduced to a cheap plastic doll really works well with Mizuki's dialogue treating him as her new plaything. I'll hold any further questions for now and look forward to the ending.
