but also for a transparent background you could, take a screenshot of the dA background
and fill in the places you'd like transparentΒ
but of course you can do it either way ^^

to m ake it you can also go to pixlr.com/editor, open a transparent image 50x50,uupload your picture as a layer and use the magic wand tool to get rid of the background

and remember to uncheck contiguous and anti-alias too
anti-alias derps the selecting part a bit
and contiguous makes it not select all of the color

Why can't i use the icon i made?Β
I made it 50x50 and i've tried uploading it as a jpg and a psd, but my friend can't use it.. whats wrong?

If you don't mind me asking, how do you shade the icons with lots of colors? Since MSP doesn't have layers and multiply,,, ;w;

you choose the colors yourself. I rarely use multiply in lots of art I do since I think you get better results choosing the shading colors yourself.

I found that for the animated icons, you click on Transparent+ after uploading all images, and you can make all the frames a transparent.
