In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes too

i thought it was actually a photo of a sculpture or one of those art dolls i see sometimes when i looked at the thumbnail preview! the lighting and shadeing are very realistic! and i love those raccoon dog tanuki thingies they are so cute :3

Do you have that journaling app? Personally, i do better with pen and paper. Helps me write my novel better, too

I use a regular paper journal. I can only stand so many apps. Need time away from screens and writing with pen and paper uses another part of your brain than typing does. Something about writing it down manually makes the connection stronger.
