Twisting spinning in my skull
    brushing bumping into one another

          Molecules

creating life, energy

Gut-wrenching joy.  heartache.
     everything separate yet...

All a part of me
     lost epiphanies
        accompany

Brain waves flashing like lightning
    that day in 1985

          Entered

Tossed turned imprinted
colors, textures splattered on canvas

Dripping mixing covering

   Coveting blank spaces

love carefully applied
pasting glitter to the pain
   tear drops to reflect forgotten eyes
                    smiles voices touches
                               emotion

Future beginning in past caught in present
     caught.  caught.

My heart
         collapsed floating fractured

    yet somehow held complete in your hands
          coming together with one
                  desire, purpose, need
