Bone carvings are big here in New Zealand, Maori tradition. These whale tales are just lovely and remind me of the maori carvings.
I have a bunch of carvings all given to me, but my favorite that I wear 24/7 is a little dove, not sure what bone is used.
You have done a great job on these.

Thx... lucky you... I always wanted to go to New Zealand... I think maori carvings are really marvelous although I only saw them on the net... What I really like are the wavings what they are using on the pendants.
