I agree with Picard...not sure about Kirk. I never considered him neutral. I think he leans closer to lawful good, though he will break rules to achieve his objective. He really isn't that concerned with preserving a balance. The only one I really disagree with with is Khan. Khan didn't want chaos, he wanted order, but he wanted order according to his way of running things. He was bred to be a king, to rule over what he considered lesser men. I would call Khan Lawful Evil. Interesting stuff to think about, though.
