Yes, I've totally be suckered in by that adorably evil/ insane Red Caboose, or CB.
Evil chibi CB wuvs you!
Went to see the UK tour of Starlight Express recently, and I ADORED it. Haven't seen it since the closing week, and that was the only other time. Good grief though I love the character of Caboose. Bring back his solos, I say!
'Under the smiles, under the fun, I'm public enemy number one!'
Stuff used: HB pencil, colouring pencils and gold pen (for the rivetty things).

Ooh hai, I think it was Mr Nielson that I saw as Caboose- he did make a good sweet and attentive, next minute sneaky and smug little sod (especially when he was laughing in the sidelines whilst poor Rusty was being beaten up by Greasy's gang). XP He could have so easily gone into 'Wide Smile' at one point ('cause he had 'under the smiles, under the fun I'm public enemy number one!'), and it just felt odd without it. The evil/ insane laugh that came instead was brilliant though.

I remember that exact moment... "I'm public enemy number one..." I was dying of false hope for him to start singing! But no... *sigh*
although I must say, next to Kapa Kitchen, he has the scariest maniacal CB laugh ever!

I started giggling in my seat, my friend (I dragged a friend along to see it with me) was scared. XD
Argh, I would've loved to see him as the caboose, I've heard good things. ;_; Never had the opportunity to go to Bochum. One day I shall learn a bit of German past 'good day' and 'goodbye' and go see the open day/ see the real thing. And find someone to drag along too. XD

Hehe, what a nice pic idea!! And a very beautiful CB... *rrr* ^^ I like the details on his costume! You have drawn them so well! Just his skates seem to be a little bit too small, and anyhow a background is quite missing! But a very nice drawing!!!

I chickened out of the background. XD I always get worried that after all my work on the main part of the pic I'll mess up by doing a dodgy background. But I shall go for it next pic! I do agree with the skates, also need to practice doing feet, which bemuse and confuse me. Hopefully I shall have lots of skate-drawing practice, now I've been bitten by the StEx bug. Yay!
