Description
I didn't know what Cereal Geek was before attending San Diego last year; Just got back from San Diego Comic Con... and WOW!!! Whatta great time. Here is a fun piece I drew for Cereal Geek Magazine; spoofing myself spoofing someone else. What started as an Homage to John Byrne's iconic She-Hulk Cover that was not really going to see the light of day ever, has evolved into a fun little excercise for me. This was done by special request, so it went from She-Hulk to She-Dragon to She-Ra. I wonder if and when I do another... what "she" will she be.
Expertly colored by the talented Nathan Baertsch...
Thanks for looking!

Hi BAQUINTANIA... no offense taken. I really like what the colorist did with this piece, and I really like what Adam Hughes does with his colors. If you got that vibe from this pic, then color me flattered.
Thanks

Your artworks seem to have an Art Nouveau feel about them. I guess that's why I love them so much.
Awesome work

Ahhh.... She-Ra. I must admit that I watched it. Obviously it wasn't for the stories. [link]

One of the reasons I love the genera of action/adventure today is because of She-Ra. Even though the show itself had a lot to it that wasn't very good, it gave me a strong female roll model to look up to in a world of rain-bow-brights and strawberry-shortcakes. You've done an amazing job with this and I can't wait to purchase it and hang it on my wall someday.

Totally amazing
Everytime I see your work I am amazed by something different, with the Black Cat it was the hair, with Iron Maiden it was the fact she looked like Gwen Stacy and the IM was the statue of Liberty
In this one? It's the amazing rendering on the Metal tiara, bracelets and belt

That is some tasty work Franco. Love the swirls for the hair man; you draw them so fluidly it's sick. Plus your women are sweet cheeks as well. Keep at it!
