I like the clear reflection and the surreal look the blank, overcast sky gives it. The darker water at the bottom completes it and gives it a sort of frame, an anchor of color if you will, so it isn't all washed out. I don't know if that was editing or actually in the picture but I like the effect.
The composition and mood of the photo is really great, and I can't think of much to change or suggest. Maybe it could have more of a dramatic feel to it that would really pull people in, but I think that you executed what you were going for. I feel like it would be better with more focus and detail but that's about it. Nice work!
