Description The MechaRidley from Metroid: Zero Mission was apparently incomplete when you faced it. This is what I imagine the completed version might look like.

EDIT: Legs redrawn to look more natural/less awkward, picture cleaned up a little in photoshop. Thanks for the feedback.

I wasn't aware that you had changed it. Looks much better, and I'm glad I could be of help to you, be the first time I've actually helped make someones art better. I could see why you thought it was a jetpack, although to be fair, how would you expect it to turn in mid air, or stay in the air without any wings. Even if they're just small ones on the jetpack itself, I'd think it'd need them, at least for the turning factor. Still, a cool drawing either way, be a difficult task for me whose just starting to learn how to properly draw.

Thats cool, I thought of that same idea too, if it was completed. Though honestly, I pictured it having large steel wings(it is a ridley copy after all) but thats just me. The hind legs look a little wierd but thats only because of the pose If the ends with the claws were lowered just a little bit it would look a little better. Good job though.

You raise some valid points! Personally I had always assumed that the backpack was a jetpack, hence wings would be unnecessary. However now that you mention it, the hind legs do look a little weird... I'll see if I can do a touch-up.

Thanks for the critique!
