Um well I'm having trouble with getting manes and tails done mostly because I can't get my brush settings right. I have piles of unfinished manips because of this Another maniper has tried to help through join me, but can't figure out why it's not working either. Basically my problem is when I draw the hairs the brush is not point like hairs are and is instead rounded. I have looked at tutorials, had help, etc and set everything as they said and still it doesn't change. So if you know any reason this would be that would be lovely xD

Oh, I use photoshop CS5.1

so, it won't like... taper at the ends? Do you have a tablet?

Yeah I can't get my brush to make a point even though the preview shows it should when I do the settings. I do have a tablet, but I misplaced my download software so maybe that's why it won't work, but without a tablet shouldn't you be able to do hairs though? When I try everything looks stringy and like it's drawn on.
