And here's the armor you can craft from Reptile Skin. It's essentially dyeable chain - It uses the Chain Armor texture, but the "scales" are colored with the dark tones of the reptile skin of the chosen color, and the gaps between the "scales" filled with the paler color.

I'm also contemplating whether you'll be able to include a different-colored underside to distinguish it from regular chain. I'll have to find a way to incorporate that aspect into the recipes, though, especially in light of the fact that you can dye leather armor by throwing it in the crafting grid with two different dyes.
