Interesting.
Though I don't think Lightning is lawful good. The game starts with her fighting against the government (breaking the law) to save her sister. (SPOILERS) And ends up (in 1 and 3) fighting the largest authority figures.Β
I'd say she's a neutral good, but perhaps even a chaotic good, since she's generally willing to risk everything to do what she think's is right. Β

I always thought Raphael would be Neutral Evil. He does all his deeds only to make Amy happy. But hey, it's just my opinion. I'll respect yours.

47 is not evil. He is the true neutral. He only does his job, kills his target, gets paid. He is only doing his job by fulfilling contracts. It is nothing personal unless it gets personal.

In the first game maybe. The last two he doesn't seem to be in the true neutral area anymore.

I suppose, but like I said, they made it personal. He still acts within his code. Canonically, he does things efficiently and only seeks to eliminate his target. Still not evil. Still more of a true neutral or even lawful (in the aspect that he sticks to his code of conduct).
