Mane and Tail Tutorial. — Description
NOTE: I did NOT finish painting the tail, only the mane.
YAY! I finally made it, after weeks of putting it off.

I hope that you guys enjoy this tutorial, it's a little messy, but at least I got my point across. This is sort of a WIP/preview of the manip that I'm working on, but oh well.
