A3, acrylic.I did a black and white underpainting for this first. I liked the colouring it gave the final piece once I'd added colour on top.

That's really good to hear - thanx! I think it comes from working in graphite for years before taking up a brush - I really 'see' more in tonal values than I do in colour. I will definitely work this way again!
