Nice. I remember reading this story where vampires just hack off the offending tattoos, but, hey, maybe it just hurts more than it's really worth.

I was wondering if this was going to be a rip on Twilight. Though, I suppose that might be overdone. There are plenty of real vampire problems to deal with; we shouldn't bring sparkling into it. Aw, I just did. Anyway...good points. I like the whole tattoos thing, especially the 'slavery for life'. That would be pretty tough to explain.
