Issue 3 - Panel 3 — Description

Camilla was enjoying her day off. The young, twenty-three year old woman had just graduated from Heartland University. She was excited to start her new career as a scientific writer, but more importantly, to truly begin her career as a superhero.
Camilla wasn’t just anybody. She was secretly the heroine Polarity, the new superheroine who possessed powers of magnetokinesis. During her college days, she had gained her powers thanks to a lucky accident with an experimental magnetic machine. Ever since then, she had debated how she could use her newfound abilities to control magnetic fields and bend magnetic objects to her will in ways that helped others. Recently, she had been fighting crimes throughout the sprawling metropolis of Heartland City. But Camilla was discovering that being a hero was hard work, and there was always plenty of crime to stop in Heartland City.
She had ambitions of all kinds in her life, her career, and her identity as a hero. But none were so great as wanting to join the ILH. The International League of Heroes. Ever since she had discovered her powers, it had been her dream to achieve the level of prestige those in the League had. She knew that was where she wanted to go. She wanted the life of adventure, of peril, of excitement more than her career. That was more so just a backup plan. But, it was an exhausting backup plan, and so, Camilla was enjoying a nice, relaxing day off, to recharge before once again stepping out as Polarity…
