Nefertari Moon The Carbuncle Ref (v2) — Description
Eeyup. It's time for...a ref overhaul. And this time it's the child of the second collab ship-in-progress; Nefertari. And for this I decided to emulate Chaicon 's style to the best of my ability for...reasons that'll become apparent soon during this post description. And I probably butchered her style's anatomy But for now...bio jargon.

Nickname(s): Neffie (Given by her mom, adopted by her teammates in Team Protostar), Hornhead (Hates this nickname given by her dad don't-), [The last person who called her this was never seen again; EXPUNGED]

Sexuality: Straight(?); She seems to act like she's big into the same kinda people as her parents, but Nefertari - in reality - struggles with her sexual orientation and starts out completely unsure of the kind of partner she wants; constantly fluxing and inconsistent.

Merely entrusted to help Nefertari whenever she needs it by Ruby, as Tiamat is the only member of the old Team Protostar that cannot die from any natural causes and is immune to all but one Mythic Artifact; including Hollyhock's)

Personality: The Apple Doesn't Fall Far From The Tree
While not a lot can currently be said about Nefertari Moon's personality at the moment, there are a lot of behaviours of hers that are shared with her parents; Ruby Moon and Ozy Mandi. Most of it good, while she also inherited some bad habits from the two. Like stealing valuables from her teammates as one example.
Favorite Food: [TBD, but her taste in food is noticeably more acquired than her parents]
Likes: Mostly the same as her mother. Nefertari starts out differing with enjoyment of her many forms of Middle Eastern dances (which Nefertari has incorporated into her fast-paced fighting style), and - possibly influenced by stories of Ruby's time with Isabelle - is surprisingly just as fond of the minimal-to-no-clothing lifestyle the former Speed member of Team Protostar had; complete with the same fickleness, which led to owning a Kalasiris that made her family panic for a bit before embracing Nefertari sharing Isabelle's mindset regarding clothing. (Which ironically included Isabelle's wilingness to not wear any of her attire, unbeknownst to them)
Dislikes: Being called Hornhead or [REDACTED] (the former because of her unexpected hybrid birth, the latter due to embracing Isabelle's mentality and fickleness with clothing)

Fun Facts:
• Two of Nefertari's abilities have a special synergy that lets her create jewel bullets or projectile-deflecting mirrors using sand and fire (for the former) and lava and sand. (for the latter) She can actually combine the two with deadly effectiveness against enemies. She can also create temporary platforms for herself by creating smaller scale mirrors this way.
• Nefertari's speaking accent is a beautiful sounding mix of british and middle-eastern (more specifically ancient Egyptian), a unique-sounding hybrid of accents she got from both of her parents' genes.
• While Nefertari has two specific abilities with a unique synergy, that synergy is also her greatest weakness in at least one front. Due to the nature of them, Nefertari is always in instantaneous danger of drowning in seconds when underwater...despite the fact she can swim perfectly fine.
• Nefertari, despite being Ruby's daughter, did not inherit China the Chao (He went with Ruby when she went to reunite with an eternally slumbering Issy) or Ruby's artificial glidelike flight from launching herself with her feet. (Carbuncle ears being shaped in a way that completely lack the aerodynamics for it)
Alignment: Good. However, things can get pretty chaotic really fast in a pinch
(Or when someone calls her [REDACTED] on purpose), as the fiery temper Nefertari inherited when provoked is 1000 fold that of her mother's.

Abilities - Fire, Earth, Powerful Legs
• Fire (Inherited from Ruby Moon) - While it only emits from Nefertari's body to her right, the pyrokinesis Nefertari commands is very much on the same level as her mother's. Complete with its pros and cons, with the added con of only being able to use that element until Nefertari changes to her earth manipulation. However, Nefertari uses her pyrokinesis is such a way where the weaknesses no longer exist at the meager trade-off of not hitting as hard from individual flames or lava. Something she can also capitalize on by constantly swapping between earth and fire.

• Earth (Inherited from Ozy Mandi) - While it only emits from Nefertari's body to her left, the geokinesis Nefertari commands is very much on the same level as her father's. Complete with its pros and cobs, with the added con of only being able to use that element until Nefertari changes to her fire manipulation. However, Nefertari uses her geokinesis in such a way where the weaknesss no longer exist at the meager trade-off of not hitting as hard with individual sand and stone uses. Something she can also capitalize on by constantly swapping between fire and earth.

• Powerful Legs - Nefertari's hip game isn't just for show. She inherits her combined force of kick strength from her mother and father. Which has become the basis of rapid bone-crunching strikes in speed formation by combining her elements with her middle-eastern dances. These fearsome, nimble attacks are how she addresses the ranged issue her parents had eith their elements. With some dance moves letting her utilize both of her kinetic powers at once in combat if she can keep the momentum going with her legs.

Weapons: Her inherited giant spoon, "Spoony"
• Spoon Summon - If you're familiar with how Ruby and Spoony are...for the most part it's not much different. Except it actually is because despute being in a "oh god there's two of them" scenario, Spoony - the usually sarcastic, insultive downer he is - pulls a curvevall. Spoony and Nefertari surprisingly get along really well, despite what their on-screen bickering may show to Laeticia, Magius, and the public Team Protostar helps out. Maybe it's the fact she sees a bit of Ruby's dad in Nefertari. Or maybe it's just that Spoony's acknowledging Nefertari Moon can make participating in a fight genuinely feel graceful, fun and stylish compared to his last master - Nefertari's mom, Ruby Moon - just yeeting fireballs all day. //SHOT
But Spoony and Nefertari would never let it show around others. The family spoon summon does have a certain public image to maintain after all.

Hoo god this was an essay and a half to type for half of my entire day...for an art piece that already took all night to draw. RubOzy is gonna be...fun to slowly ease into ngl.
