Is that from a shop in Universal Studios?
Cuz it was one of the shops in there (or their other park Islands of Adventure) that had a full size Terminator that looked just like that...it wasn't near the window but i guess that would provide for a better shot (didn't think to take out my camera and get a pic)

If this is a full scale Sideshow Terminator then it costs A LOT (about $6000 or even more). If it is 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 (Premium Format) it costs less but still around $1000-2000
