Character Breakdown (important) - Espy — Description
1) Espy has an immense dislike of cockroaches. She'll scream, cry, and run away to find a higher place to get away from it. This is important for should she ever find herself hiding from someone during a critical situation. Her first instinct upon seeing a roach is to start screaming. Even if it's dead, she'll refuse to go anywhere near the spot it's in and repeatedly tell the one she turned to to get rid of it.

2) Espy has three (or four if you count going into a human form) powers that she was born with. As a Kitsune, she's able to breathe fire and shoot lightning from the tips of her tails. She also has the ability to fly. I imagine that small clouds appear on Espy's paws when she's about to take flight. Whether or not her ability to transform into a human form is debatable to me due to the fact that there are stories of Kitsune returning from human form when startled.

3) Being a Kitsune has both its perks and downsides. But the major downside is a Kitsune's weakness; they are depicted as carryinga ball or jewel that acts as their life force, and if separated from it for too long, they'll die. For Espy, she gets progressively weaker until she's unable to move and has to rely on her friends to find it before she runs out of time.

There were a few other important facts about her that I was unable to draw. This is what they are:

4) When given the option of Fight or Flight, Espy would usually choose flight. She's not one for confrontation and would always run away when others start arguing with each other. Even so, she'd still be willing to fight for those she cares about should the need arise.

5) Espy has an evil side named Umbry. Umbry is sometimes able to take control of her when she's at her most vulnerable, but she also can appear physically most of the time. This is one of the few times Espy would actually choose to fight rather than run. What they fight over sounds rather odd at first. They fight over Espy's gem. But there's a good reason for it. If you manage to get a Kitsune's ball/jewel, you can use it to bribe them to get something out of it for its return. Umbry wants to use Espy's gem to force her to allow her to gain complete control over her body.
