Bio -

  In the beginning, Vivian’s childhood was loving, happy, peaceful, and in her opinion, perfect. It wasn’t normal due to the fact both her and her sister had superpowers, but she enjoyed learning how to control her powers with her mother as they were inherited from her. She enjoyed mother/daughter time while her sister was taught how to control her powers by their father as they were inherited from him. Vivian was eager to learn what powers Chad had inherited as her and Emily wanted to help whoever got to teach him. However, that day never came as one day, her parents were attacked and left for dead and her precious baby brother was kidnapped while her and Emily were spending the day with their aunt. Afterwards, her childhood devolved into sadness and pain as they searched aimlessly for her brother. Her mother lost her left eye and arm while her father was paralyzed from the waist down after the attack. Her mother still taught her how to control her powers, but Vivian could still tell her parents were suffering from their inability to protect their son. It wasn’t until later in her life that she learned the truth about her and her parents’ past.

  As it turned out, they had come from a long line of criminals from Miami, Florida on both sides of the family and her parents were forced into an arranged marriage to strengthen their power. They fell in love via their shared desire to leave the criminal lifestyle, but never got the chance until she was born. Her parents took a chance and had the strongest members of their families arrested while both spouses killed their significant other’s parents. Their aunt, who was her father’s older sister and had genuinely loved him, promised to keep quiet about their plan in exchange for going with them. Both her parents and aunt then took her and fled to Napa Valley, California to hide from what remained of their criminal families.

  Upon learning the truth, Vivian began lashing out at her family. The mental strain of both losing her brother and learning the truth had taken its toll on her mental health. She pushed her remaining family away, despite still loving them deep down, and became obsessed with finding her baby brother. She made a promise to herself that she would make the one who had torn her family apart pay for what they had done to them.

When she was 18, Vivian ran away from home. Taking up the alias "Yako", she has continued the family tradition of crime. She currently works with a man known as the Green Wraith (friend's villain) as his right hand. Vivian will occasionally have run ins with her mom, aunt, and sister, run ins that either end in a shouting match or a physical fight. By the time she finds her beloved baby brother, he no longer remembers her and has been physically altered drastically.

Other facts -

- Despite her lust for violence and bloodshed, Yako is unable to stomach the thought of harming a child.

    - When she discovers that Shazam was actually a child that she had fought with the intention of killing, he finds a frantically written apology note from her along with a large bag of candy in his house. No one knows how she found out where he lives.

- Yako is mentally unstable and is in desperate need of help, but she won't admit she has a problem.

- Yako considers herself a Japanese American.

- Yako is fluent in both English and Japanese.

- Yako's taken up the hobby of painting in order to vent out some frustrations

    - If that doesn't work, she's destroying whatever she can get her hands on

- Yako considers her boss to be her only friend

- Yako once gave her boss Christmas presents because she remembered him talking about how his parents never gave him any as a child. She doesn't know how much that meant to him.

- Yako's most prized possessions are the two plush toys her mother made for her when she was a toddler, plush toys she takes very good care of, and a photo of her family back when things were better.
