Description

The beloved and sacred Maiden of the Silurian village, Ceres Vladimir.

She is treated as another goddess by the villagers, as she was the one who helped found the village itself. As a child she saw a vision of her peoples Goddess, Sirona, and always believed it meant something important while many others didn't believe her. When she was a teenager she suddenly felt a strange feeling one day. She was out of nowhere able to do amazing things, such as create flames and control the wind. She had been blessed with the powers of the Fall Maiden.

At this time, the Silurian people where nomadic, traveling across Remnant and adopting the cultures of the land they currently inhabited. There was an ancient prophecy stating that one day the Silurians would find their true home in "the center of the sleeping mountain"; so when they came upon a dormant volcano in a fertile land it seemed the old story had come true. However, at the center of the volcano was a giant sleeping Grimm, a dragon who could easily kill them all. Many wanted to run, but Ceres reminded them that this was meant to be their home and they should fight for it. She, along with the future leader of their people, Drago rallied the people and together they all destroyed the Grimm. (Ceres herself covering at least 55% of the damage)

Through her awesome display of power and eventual marriage to Drago, she became revered by the people. Drago even took her last name, making the Vladimir family the leaders of the village for the next eight generations and beyond.

Though now, over 200 years later seen mostly as a legend, Ceres is still revered as the Maiden of Siluria, bringer of safety and hope. Lavender, a symbol of purity, devotion and grace is left as a token of prayer; that she will continue to bless her people.

Few know the truth of her powers, or that in her time she was the lost season; the autumn that blessed but a small portion of the world.
