..:Blood of the Shadows:.. — Description
A tapestry hung in the Chiroptera home, depicting their creation deity Nocturna; who bestowed the blood of the bat Faunus unto the world. She bequeathed her blood to a cave dwelling village, who hid there from Grimm. She gave the them wings or ears of a bat, so they could live better lives inside the darkness of the caves. Over time they evolved into the Chiroptera family, and through inbreeding (to retain "purity") became a unique race that possessed both wings and ears of a bat. She is viewed with revery by the family, the only other person to be seen this way by them is Selene Chiroptera.
