Facts about the Chiroptera family:

Though they are bat-base Faunus, many members suffer from Hemophilia.

After most of their breed was wiped out before Great War, to keep the line pure, they resorted to occasional inbreeding.

These are not the only family members remaining; there are others, but this is considered the "Pure" main line.

Many female members have suffered miscarriages, including Elizabeth and Illyana.

Clan members can enter a "berserk mode" when they loose control mentally or become too bloodthirsty.

They were not technically a "clan" till Selene brought them together after more were killed during the war.

Leadership of the clan is passed down to the eldest son, or if there is none, the eldest daughter. (This was established after Selene's daughter Zoraline became leader, and her brother Grayden was seen as unfit for the position.)

The clan leader is now marked by the notch in one of their bat ears, given using Stygius Fang, sword of the clan patriarch.

Bram's older half brother was a bastard, and thus he wasn't allowed to be heir and his descendants are ostracized by others in the family.

Rowena, being a white bat like Selene, thinks of herself as better than everyone else, and was delighted when her daughter married Sinestra, meaning her grandchild would be the next heir.

Several Semblance's are passed down through the family line. (Ex: Bloodletting, Shadow Control, etc.)

Selene Chiroptera was the first white Bat-base Faunus ever born, thus making them sacred to the family.

There are currently two children in the family with very clear mixed breed traits. (Signum has bird wings, and Nyxie has Lizard eyes and larger wings.)

Besides Erzebet (And eventually Caria), most family members prefer melee over guns and other firing weapons.

The exact Semblance and fate of clan matriarch Selene is unknown to the rest of the family, they only known that she held tremendous power.

Work in progress of the Chiroptera family tree. This is how things are at the current moment for everyone, such as looks, age or relationships. (Random side note: Felix is a boy, he's just effeminate and is homosexual.)
Will be edited whenever a new member is added, the babies are born/named/grow up a bit or looks are altered and new relationships added or new info comes out in the canon of the show.
Also like to add that "engaged" can be switched out with "betrothed" and only official relationships are added. (So none of girls that like Signum will be added unless they are officially together.)
