This is one great buff Chun-Li pic. I do agree with both of vertigo and tokotiger's ideas. Nevertheless, I'm saving this one for sure.

Well, her traps are missing, and Chun-Li is generally all about the thighs. They should be a fair bit thicker and juicier. Also the boobs are a bit too high, the thorax should terminate lower on the body. It's still a decent picture!
