It would likely be a game breaker, but a smoke grenade launcher for the GL slot would be very cool. Combined with a charging riot shield and a baton for melee, so much fun.

I tend to judge sets by how good they would have looked as default items at launch, and brother, this set is excellent.
I'm picturing taunts associated with this set:
Primary: Doffs hat in greeting (reveals edge of liquor bottle beneath)
Melee: Twirls nightstick innocently, rocking heel-toe
